4k support and 640 ppi from Android... soon!

If you thought that the smartphone evolution plans to end in 1080x1920 pixels and 442ppi resolutions then you're so mistaken, since Android plans to raise the bars significantly over the next few months (and years). It looks like Android will soon support all 4k displays meaning that in some months we will be seeing smartphones with 640 ppi ((XXXHDPI support)!

First we had ~160ppi (MDPI or Medium DPI) smartphones, next displays with HDPI (~240ppi) and later XHDPI (~320ppi) support and these days with the 5 inch displays (1080p) we saw smartphones with 469ppi, like the 4.7 inch display of HTC One. Who could imagine that?
