You may remember several photographs from the past that showed mothers breastfeeding their babies on Facebook, were deleted as “nude”, causing the wrath of users. In fact, in some cases, bans on accounts have been noted for this reason.
The users reacted badly and via #freethenipple gave their message. Facebook announced that it is now permitted to publish such pictures on Facebook (but not to be provocative) and of course the command was sent internally to the moderators of the social network.
Some of them, of course, continue to judge with strictness these photos, but under regulations all breastfeeding mothers are typically “legal”, so if a moderator delete or ban a breastfeeding photo, he’ll get into trouble. Free nipples then, it’s a small victory for Facebook users!
