The imposing roman-catholic Sagrada Familia church, created by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi, in the city of Barcelona, underwent a transformation last Friday, during a local festival.
The temple, which though incomplete, is a UNESCO world heritage monument, and is still under construction, 130 years after it started building, changed the way it looks during the four-day “La Merce Festival”.
These special projections on the “Nativity” front, gave a different look to Sagrada Familia, the restoration of which is expected to complete in 2026, 100 years after the death of Gaudi. As for this rare photographic material, it was captured on camera, so that we can enjoy it as well.
