It’s a part of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Resort, being one of the most original tasty experiences on the planet. The restaurant has a capacity of only 14 people, as the space with this unsurpassed view is only a 45 square-meter area.
It was designed and constructed by MJ Murphy, and opened for the first time in April 2005. As for its name, Ithaa means “mother of pearls” in dhivehi, the language spoken in the Maldives.
