A new entry-level smartphone by Nokia, based on the Windows Phone 7.8 OS, not part of the Asha family, has been officially released in Mexico, through Telcel.
The new Lumia 505 features a 3.7-inch AMOLED screen, with ClearBlack technology and a WVGA resolution of 800×480 pixels, and a rear camera that shows off an 8-MP sensor but records video in VGA resolution.
Its processor model has still not been announced, but rumor has it that itโs a single-core CPU clocked at 800 MHz, accompanied by 256 MB of RAM and 4 GB of storage.
Its battery mentions a capacity of 1300 mAh. Nokia has still not announced a price, or if it will be released in other countries.
